All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take 7–14 business days depending on design complexity.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (all orders)

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at an additional cost)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at reyesgoldjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

Address Accuracy
